"We stayed at the Buttercups Lodge. It was a very comfortable stay and also very serene and peaceful. The location of the lodge is ideal for a family or couple who want to go exploring different parts of Devon and also a drive to Cornwall. "We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
