"The accommodation in the room is excellent. The only downside was that the room was opposite the elevator door. There is absolutely no sound insulation. You will begin to hear all the sounds of the elevator, everyone coming in and out, their conversations, swearing and laughter."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this unique hotel! What really sets it apart is the incredible staff; every employee we encountered greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to assist us. As someone who travels frequently, I was truly impressed. When I had a small issue with my room, they promptly moved me to a new one and even brought the keys and my luggage up for me! The front desk staff were consistently caring and professional, always ready with great recommendations. A special shout-out to Daniella and Nina—they were fantastic! On the flip side, the rooms felt a bit cramped for two adults, especially since I needed more space for my back issues. A small table or bureau would have been a big help, and a refrigerator in the room would have been a nice touch. I imagine it would be perfect for younger travelers, though. Everything else about the hotel was top-notch! The furnishings and linens looked brand new, and I appreciated having an extra blanket provided without having to ask. The lobby is stylish and inviting, with plenty of comfy seating and private nooks. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, and my husband was thrilled to find RedBull available. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! Great location and exceptional staff make it a memorable experience. Highly recommend! :) "
