"Overall it was fine. It lacked the basic amenities in the kitchen. Not enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates,dish soap etc..."

"Everything was great, other than the pool was under construction during a holiday summer weekend. Although I know this is out of the control of the owner, communication ahead of time would have been nice. Tried to trade the pool for a few hours early check in, I felt like the condo was ready, but still had to wait until about 30 min early check in. Which didn’t help much. Other than that, good location and building staff was nice."

"Our friend group stayed in this beautiful space for our celebration weekend. It was amazing, but check in started slowly. Once I was in contact getting in was easy. The space is huge and the pool was awesome. Overall the space needs some love and deep cleaning. The company is also very responsive when you contact them and fast to remedy the situation. I would stay there again."

"Have stayed in other Tresor rentals but this was quite large w/two balconies. Accommodations were simple but clean. We arrived late and unfortunately could not enter thru Tresor bldg because we didn’t have key, must go thru main check in area which was difficult for me recovering from knee surgery. We like to make a few simple meals in especially since place was so spacious however the cooking pans & utensils were limited, I would suggest a few extras in the kitchen would would allow for meal...

"My friends and I stayed here for the first part of our trip and ran into many complications. The place was dirty, felt unclean, and when we were given a new place (I will say the property manager responded promptly), the SECOND place was also dirty, had rain water pouring in from the ceiling and the ground, and was just a mess. We were given towels for the water and... that was it. It felt disgusting to stay there or in the first place and definitely went through a hassle to get a refund. DO NOT...
