Close to airport, too expensive for a cruise stopover, and for what you get, but was the lowest I could find. Area was basic, not too much within walking distance. Room was basic, but bed was surprisingly comfy. Window was open when I arrived, so room was full of mosquitos.

Great check in experience and helpful staff. Convenient for airport and great parking. The lift was broken so we had to use the service lift in the staff area, poor in-room amenities, smelly, dirty pillows, rundown, scruffy bathroom, no hot water in the shower and hot water spat out out of the tap. A/C unit squeaky. Reception was smaller but the room was very tired and basic.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay for travel. The lobby looks decent but it stops there. We got there at 2am after flight delays. We were exhausted. When we checked in, the king sized room we booked was downgraded to a two queen room because whomever booked us made an error blah blah.. we let that go and went up to our FREEZING cold room. It was cold all night long because the heating/cooling unit did not work properly. The worst part…. NO HOT WATER!!! Went to wash up before bed and no hot water. We were so tired, we just went to bed. Next morning had to catch an early flight and when we went to shower, NO HOT WATER!!!!! We were so angry!! I went to call the front desk on the room phone and the phone was just staged and no plugs were behind it. We left the water running on hot for 20 minutes and it became tepid so we jumped in and out. Went downstairs to get the heck out of this place and tried to get a cup of coffee on our way out and we were sternly told by the dining staff that we weren’t allowed to get coffee yet… it was 7:30am. We briefly explained the hot water situation to the guy at the desk who told us we had to go online to leave a review so here we are. This place didn’t cut it for us. Buyer beware.

Basically the staff are very nice and the lobby looks great. The rooms are in terrible shape! Worn, dated and beat up. Moldy, musty smell, worn furniture, very old bathrooms, shower leaking. Looks like a 1 star hotel. Outside there is a continuous extremely loud noise coming from adjacent building: sound of machinery or huge fan, ear piercing and 24/7. Difficult to sleep on that side of the building. For the price this is definitely very disappointing. The ratings here are completely off. I have no clue how people can rate this as 7 or 8 unless the reviews are fake here
