This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to 33 countries! It’s sad because I believe this hotel was once an Embassy Suites back in its glory days, but now it’s in desperate need of maintenance. The paint is peeling and faded, the furniture damaged, my room smelled moldy. Add to that no coffee in my room, a noisy air conditioner, and no chairs to lounge on at the pool, it’s clear they don’t care about the customer experience.

The staff was friendly and very helpful from the moment we walked in we were greeted by every staff member. This hotel is close enough to restaurants and shopping, but not directly on the busy highway so it was perfect. The pool was clean, however it was rather chilly when we visited so we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool.

Firstable from desk service horrible, i got the just 2 hours before check in, they couldnt do anything even when they have the room available, ones i got to the room after a few i realized that the door didnt want to unlocked called from desk send somebody to fix the problem after a while, i noticed that employee are not friendly at all, i went down to get a soda from a vent machine put 2 dollars of the first machine to the left that takes $2 dollars for a can didnt give me the soda, when to the from desk to complaint about ut that the vent machine toke my money but dindt give me the soda asnwer was THE VENT MACHINE HAD A NUMBER YOU CAN CALL A FILL A REPORT, NOBODY HAVENT HAVE PROBLEM WITH IT SO FAR, I was wait what, overall I wont recommend this hotel

I book again because I do like the cleanness They have very clean rooms and is very quiet place, But this time is a new girl at the front desk very Rude and unpleasant person, I asked to help me with the new reservation for a additional day. She ignored me and continued sit texting on her cellphone. So,I continue doing my self with out her help. Later I what coffe and The person was busy at the other side, I asked Who’s is serving de coffee.her rude answer was You do it . It wasn’t bad but it definitely needs a facelift. We had a king size. The tub had patches on it. The wood plank on the floor was separating. I cannot stress how this place needs a facelift.

My reservation was for 3 nights. The first night I listening to the tv and fell asleep. I always turn my phone off after I am finished with it. I did that on night one. I woke up on day 2 and was in the process of taking a shower when three women who were were Rodeway started banging on my door at about half past ten in the morning. I shouted to them that I was in the shower. And they kept banging. At night when I sleep in a hotel, I like to listen to the tv and usually fall asleep. I did this on that night. The sound was 45 or 49. So I answered the door after leaving the shower, and one of the female said that I had to leave. At the front desk a few minutes later, I asked why I needed to leave. I was told that someone complained that my tv was too loud and that the personnel had tried to call me, and that I did not answer the phone (my phone was turned off). The hotel woman said that they had called the police on me. My calls do record that around midnight that did try to call me. The police is something that I cannot confirm. I told hotel woman that I would turn the volume down, but she said that she wanted me to leave. So I left at eleven that morning. I also called you office inquiring about getting a refund for the two nights that I was refused by the hotel. Your office told me that I would receive $176 refund. I do not believe that story about the tv being too loud, but I did not argue with hotel.

Old, not updated at all, mold smell, toilet not flushing, and then when fixed , flushing took for ever. No toiletries. Tv didn’t work, fixed the next day. Hair dryer didn’t work. 2nd day when come back to the hotel, no towels. Floors in the rooms in bad condition. The staff at the front desk was nice, but they could not do anything about the complains. Other guests were complaining as well about the condition of the rooms. Hope they reported the visitors complains.Expedia should not represent hotels like this, make people doubt if use you for their accommodations. Thank you
