The is not a hotel. This is a hostel. I paid close to $700 and My third floor did not have a bathroom. The bathroom was on the second floor and it's shared with 8 other rooms. My room should have a washroom where I can keep my hands clean and do other cleansing that needs to be done outside of the shower. There are no elevators and my room was on the third floor. The ceiling was low and I bumped my head every day I stayed there. I am only 5'5. I am not very tall. Talk about a lawsuit. Also, they don't provide you with, ice, water, coffee, or a fridge. If I am staying at a hostel the least they could do is price the room to a low standard. I thought this was a hotel. I would say this is a very low-quality place. I asked them to bring something to my room which they said I could pick it up in the morning. I showed up in the morning and they didn't have it available. $700 and you can't bring me the extension cord needed for the TV in the room. I saw that it was close to downtown and that there would be shops and cafes close by which there were not. Do not book here if you want a comfortable stay.

This stay ended up terrible. Linens had blood, when we asked for them to be replaced the second linens had urine on them. Dust, dead bugs, and weird brown stuff on the floors. Hair all over the bathroom. Staff was unhelpful and rude when we complained.

It could’ve been cleaner, but the staff was so kind, and I didn’t get charged ridiculous fees like at most places. They also have a lot of cats walking around the property, which I LOVED!

We were checking in at 11pm at night After fumbling around with the digital lock and poor lighting. We opened the door and found a person in the bed sleeping. They did find us another room and escorted us there. Be aware there are no elevators. So you will be lugging up your luggage. Bed was comfortable. The room we stayed in needs a good cleaning. Homeless people can be seen sleeping from our windows. But there was a large fence around property. So didn’t feel to unsafe. We did walk around the neighborhood in the daytime and felt it was fine. There is a nice park across the street on the river. Very nice. I wasn’t expecting too much , being a historical building. Very charming. Just a little cleaner would be nice.

Toilet was difficult to flush with the broken handle. Shower head was hitting the back of the shower making it hard to use the water. Slats holding the mattress in the frame fell off when you sat on the bed. Draw bridge right beside with boats all night. Noise is easily made throughout the house, no real thing to quiet the noise of others. Airport is super close. Low flying commercial plans all night.
