"The staff were very friendly throughout and went beyond basic requirements to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Very friendly and free with good ideas. We really felt special and at home."

"In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. "
