"This is an excellent hotel. The toilet in our first room had a faulty flush, and the desk changed us seamlessly to a room a few doors down. Then I had an embarrassing emergency -- an otherwise unnoticed rash on my skin opened up and bled a little on the bedding. The desk sent up a complete change of linen with kindness and sympathy. "This hotel was fine. It was clean enough and comfortable. The cleaning staff twice entered our room without knocking - once when my son was in bed while my wife and I were at breakfast (at 7:30 am), and once an hour later while I was in the bathroom. Breakfast was sufficient, but not great. We had to ask for napkins and plates, and we never saw staff at breakfast except the front desk guy bringing the napkins when we asked. Again, the place was fine, but it had issues. "
