"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. From the ornate exterior to the finely furnished hallways and bedrooms wrought in finely carved wood. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains and the quaint village of Zirl, this hotel is a must if you’re in the area. Plus, the in-house restaurant, Restaurant Maximilian, was absolutely exquisite—Try the beef tartare, treat yourself! "

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."

"Walking distance from airport. Good transportation to/from centre of town. We booked an accessible room for a wheelchair user and it was a good room. Would stay there again."

"We only stayed one night. Staff not overly friendly but the room was fine. Love the hardwood floor. Nice walk to the town and the area is safe and quiet. "

"Loved the room and the property. Location was perfect and it was easy to get to everything around the area. Parking was easy. The glass door on the bathroom door was a little weird but there are common bathrooms on the 2nd floor if you are shy and need more privacy. "

"In the bathroom, the shower head leaking from the sides which seemed to significantly decrease the overall shower head pressure. It needs some attention "

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"Stayed 4 nights during a ski vacation. Couldn't ask for a better location - right across from the train station. In the morning just walk outside and catch one of the ski busses. Very clean and good security (card needed to enter after 6 and for elevator) If you're wiped after a long day then just fo across the street to the very well appointed supermarket in the lower level of the train The buffet breakfast is another great feature...nice mix of hot / cold Highly recommended "
