"Property and room, staffs are good. Only problem is it’s located in front of Harley Davison dealership, so, during weekdays, motorists ride motorcycles days and nights and the noises… terrible!"

"Overall I was pleased with this stay. The price was reasonable for downtown SF and the Union Square area has tons of upscale shopping options and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Public transportation is a short walk away too. The room was extraordinarily clean but pretty small. Street noise was a bit of an issue so if you’re a light sleeper you may not like this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The 24 hour access to coffee, tea and water is a nice amenity. The...
