"The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. "The hotel was very centrally located, the staff, especially at check-in, very friendly efficient and helpful. There are plenty of options for eating and the tram, metro and bus/train station, all are within a 3 minute walk of the hotel.
