"The room was especially comfortable, I have been on beds in China that were hard, but this was very comfortable, the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant. Plus, many of the staff spoke English, which was especially good for us. Special shout out to Yolanda and Joy who made our stay special."

"This is a fantastic hotel that is very reasonably priced. It looks to be part of a larger development at the site that combines the hotel with high end condos. There is a good restaurant onsite, but be warned that it is literally miles away from anything. I stayed here because of a business client about 5 miles to the south, and didn't want to deal with the 1 hour commute from downtown/central Shanghai, but once my work was done I relocated to central Shanghai to be near the Bund and other...

"The room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices. The location is super convenient, only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended! "

"Staff was incredibly kind. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel had limited room service (and limited western food options). Room temperature could not get lower than 75F, which was uncomfortably warm. Hotel needs to update some of the decor but overall a good stay. Will likely try another hotel for future trips, hoping for better food and room temperature regulation. "
