"Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"A fantastic experience! The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, amazing after a long day of exploring. Room was incredibly clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The room was small, which was expected, but it was just enough space. It's walkable to the nearest station and local restaurants, very convenient. The onsen was one of my favourite aspects; the facility was always clean. I loved staying here and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Really nice boutique hotel walking distance from the train/metro station, really convenient to move around Osaka. We visited Universal Studios and took the train to it from the hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the bathroom sink’s drainage that was too slow. Japanese’s breakfast offered at the hotel was really good too. "
