"分館よりも、駅からは離れているが徒歩圏であり、便利な立地だと感じた。 極力直接的な接触を排したチェックイン、特にチェックアウトは味気ない感じもするが、サービス的には全く問題ないと思うレベル。 アメニティはエレベータに乗る前に、必要なものを自分で取っていく方式で、無駄を出さない点で評価できる。そして、女性用のアメニティがかなり充実しているように感じられた。 ウェルカムドリンクバーは18時以降に提供されるが、驚いたことにアルコールのドリンクバーがあり、種類も充実しているように感じられた。アルコールのドリンクバーは、あまり見たことのないサービスである。 一方、無料の朝食はメニューはそれなりに充実していて、富士宮焼きそば、丹那牛乳の飲むヨーグルトとなど、地元らしさを感じられる品ぞろえもしている。 「天然温泉」と名乗るだけあって、大浴場があるのは嬉しいが、男女の時間入れ替え制である点は注意が必要。時間はチェックインの際に印刷物で配布されるほか、エレベータ内にも掲示されている。 大浴場がある分、部屋の浴槽が小さいほか、全体的に狭さを感じるが、必要最低限の設備があるため不便さを感じることはなかった。"

"Bed was comfy and room very spacious. Various compartments in the bathroom were broken including the sink and toilet area as well as a dirty shower. The walls were stained and room smelled of wet mould and urine. Our window didn’t seal properly meaning the wind whistled in the room and was quite noisy. "Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave...
