"Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our room was on level 7, which is the same level as the onsen, so it was very convenient for us to use the onsen. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were buffets, with a good variety of food choices. We drove, so parking was really free and convenient. Overall, nice stay, friendly staff and good amenities. "

"Amazing! I loved the private booking of the three different onsens. Very family friendly. Front desk host was super helpful, spoke sufficient English, was very kind and thorough. My kids loved the whole experience. The beds were very comfortable. Room service was also available. Check in early to get the most benefit for reserving the onsens. "

The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I visited on a solo trip and truly enjoyed my time. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing stay at Hanaori! We stayed at the Deluxe Room with private open-air bath. Staff were wonderful, there's welcome-drink at the reception. The view was amazing; you can see the lake from the lobby & dining area. There's foot-onsen also overlooking the lake. Dining is all buffet, but it's the same every night / every morning. Public bath was also great (both indoor and outdoor). Absolutely no tattoos allowed in the public bath. Walking distance to Hakone ropeway to get the black-eggs. "
