Very outdated, especially the bathroom. The sink faucet spurts out water in gushes, the shower does not fully engage so that most of the water is running down the drain. No drain cover, mirror coming apart. No restaurant or bar. Very noisy. BUT - the staff is very friendly and accommodating,

The hotel was great. Conveniently located near many food options and it was right off of the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. Would stay again.

The pool was very dirty and there was live things floating in it. When we talked to the desk staff they said they didn’t know when it had been cleaned last. And sorry. I was very much disappointed because I was wanting to swim very badly. I had planned to spend the whole day by the pool and enjoy the hot tub in the evening. And neither was in good condition. The hot tub wouldn’t even turn on.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this Best Western plus to most travelers. We have stated at this property nearly a dozen times over the years, but have noticed in the last three stays, the property continues to decline. The pluses of this hotel... comfortable beds, attractive furnishings. The minuses... lumpy pillows, thread-bare towels (one of which had 4 inch rips in it), burned out or missing lightbulbs, electrical outlets that were loose, and a room that is simply showing signs of wear and lacking upkeep. Our room for this stay had a broken bathroom faucet - the handle literally was not attached to the faucet and was unusable. There is a grab and go breakfast, but it is only a paper bag with poor food choices likely from some big box store. If you have mobility issues, you will find the bathroom very difficult. The toilet is super short and difficult to get off of. The shower has one grab bar, but it is poorly placed and is of no use. And the shower floor is slippery. Others have mentioned that the property is undergoing renovation. I can tell you from our years of coming here, that that space where a restaurant used to be has been "undergoing renovation" for years now. My recommendation would be to try the Hampton Inn down the street that's much newer than this property and where you can get a hot breakfast.

Make sure you guys get the grab and go breakfast! It comes with a juice, a muffin, a fruit cup and a nature valley bar. There’s also fruit on the side.

Our room was very nice with the exception of an extremely low toilet – difficult to get on and off of, and not all toiletries/Bathroom paper goods were restocked. Another big thing to note – you are going to get a free breakfast, but only if you ask, and it will be a few items in a paper bag. The lobby that serves a hot breakfast has not been open for years!
