"I always stay at this hotel but I have to say I noticed a big change this time. The hotel is cutting corners and this affects staff morale and customer satisfaction. They stopped doing the rum punch welcome drink. The breakfast has been cut. They had no plantains for breakfast. other things have been scaled back. I heard it was due to cost. I don't want egg for breakfast everyday. The management need to look at this. "

"We had a great stay at the Four Seasons! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful! While we found the rooms a bit outdated, everything was kept neat and clean.
