"We stay at this property every year for the past 10 years, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is great. It’s convenient to all the restaurants and bars as well as the fishing fleet in Montauk. Great place overall!"

"Manager was awful. Her name was Janice nessel . We had no water for showers and we were told by her that once one person takes a shower it takes 20 minutes for the tank to get warm. She said we don’t tell our guests that. That is disgraceful. She was rude also and offered no compensation. Ironic thing was the showers were great once we knew we had to wait in between. Property was amazing except for her. She should not be allowed to deal with people. So rude. . I should have read reviews before I went as there was so many complaints against her it was unbelievable. Property was great. "
