"It was great. We stayed with a small dog. However you have to pay an extra fee that is not mentioned in the booking. The pet "guest" should be asked during the booking process since the hotel allows you to stay with a pet. "

"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

"I entered 1 on my reservation so when friends came up to room they charged 350,000 pesos or 80.00 American dollars I was ambaressed by them saying no one was registered but me..! This morning I went down and talked to Johnie the manager. Also the person that was on that collected the money from me forgot to give the person back their identification card, but I overlooked all of that because I love the place and I always stay there when I’m in Medellin I use the spa services the aesthetics downstairs the sushi bar breakfast is fantastic on the rooftop so overall, I was always very happy there. This was the first time that I thought I was treated a little unfairly, but when I went down and talked to Johnnie. He straightened out most of the problems and we ended up shaking hands and agreeing that I don’t have to have another room fee for a visitor. The thing is nobody stayed the night. They just came up to visit the room that’s what got me the most if you can’t have somebody come over and chill with you and I want to charge you a fee for it. I don’t think that was right.. I stayed at the Clicklak one time I came into the city and was very very nice and they didn’t have that same fee, but the person did have to register which is never a problem. all in all it was a wonderful day and thanks again to Johnie for straightening out the mess."
