"The staff at the Leta Santa Barbara Goleta was so accommodating and fantastic. I had an issue happen right before our stay where we had to include our toddler to the reservation and the had zero issues. I really appreciate their help. My only criticism is that I think someone from the hotel was texting me to check in on how I was doing, but because they didn't state where they were from, I was hesitant to respond due to the amount of spam texts that I have been receiving. I meant to check in with the front desk, but I was too busy."

"We arrived on Saturday evening and were pleasantly greeted by the valet and the front desk staff. The lobby was well lit, the merchandise was fully stocked, and there were other guests enjoying themselves around the three fire pits on the property grounds. Our room was simple, it was clean, and well kept. We were very comfortable and very happy with our stay here! Will definitely come back, and I certainly recommend. "
