"Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted. "

The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...

"I enjoyed the resort, it was beautiful and close to the beach. Check-in was fast and friendly. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable. The room was very clean and smelled good. The food needs some work and the customer service was poor in the restaurants. I could not get a drink or mimosa two mornings (buffet) and at the specialty restaurants I could not get any refills. One night our food was cold (Hunter Steakhouse) and when asked to warm it up, the waitress got an attitude. I asked for...
