The property was nice and well maintained. However, the supervisor we dealt with on arrival held up our check in claiming that we did not book the correct room a jr swim up king suite. She then gave us a different room from what we booked that was “Equal” which was a jr swim double queen. This room had the worst mattress of ANY hotel I have ever stayed at, include a Microtel! The mattress was so old I could feel the springs in my back and I was forced to sleep outside on the patio futon the last two nights because I was in so much pain. Considering how unfriendly the supervisor was I didn’t think it would be worth my time to begin another argument to get another room. Over the duration of our stay I realized that they had multiple floors that were not in use due low occupancy prior to the holiday. I believe that we were rebooked to another room for the convince of the staff. This experience was sub-par for any hotel chain but horrible for a Hyatt. I will be sending a customer complaint directly to Hyatt based on this experience.
