The process involves remote opening of door and gate via an intercom. It didn't work. We needed to call the phone number provided. Once we gained access to the room, we quickly noticed that it was filthy. The bin was full. It hadn't been cleaned. The person on the end of the phone said there was a problem with the cleaning company. I twice...

"The area is really nice. You can go for a walk, to the beach, etc. and feel safe. However the room smells like humidity so we had to buy a scent spray. Because of the humidity the clothes do not dry so it’s complicated for long stays. The bed is not the most comfortable and it’s not completely dark. However we had a great time in Salerno and recommend it. "

The ongoing work on the exterior of the building means there is scaffolding outside your window which blocks much of the view. Also, the inside of the building, before you get to the DG part, is kind of dark/weird, including the really old lift. But was totally safe, and the doorman was great. "
