Nestled in the rolling hills of Montepulciano, the property is the epitome of Tuscan charm—surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and stunning panoramic views that seem straight out of a postcard. The rooms were spacious, beautifully rustic yet well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoying our coffee while watching the sunrise over the vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and sights. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, local products served with care. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montepulciano and nearby hill towns. "Last min booking and what a great find. The first property through the arch at Car Park 1. Lovely old building. 6 rooms available, ours was room 6 top floor, just stairs and quite tight at the top. Great views across the countryside. Couldn't have been better, will definitely use again. "
