"The apartment itself is nice. It’s roomy and accommodating. Our family of five had plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. However, the traffic outside is so loud. We heard people yelling from the streets, cars driving and backfiring and inexplicable banging noises at literally all hours of the night. "Basic apartment with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Toilet seat was functional but did not fit the toilet. There was hot water for the shower but it took an extremely long time to get warm. Location was good and underground parking garage was very convenient and secure for $35/night which was not a bad deal. All in all, it met our needs but next time my wife in particular will want something a little more high end."

"Home was average. It wasn’t super clean, but not bad either. The entire place had been redone with flooring and paint and everything that made it nice but it had a funny smell and we just couldn’t quite feel cozy. "We love the location and how walkable everything is. Check in was really nice with drink vouchers and room upgrades offered for VIP status. The room has one free bottle of water in an aluminum can with lid so we could reuse for water. The room also had a robe which was a nice touch. Some room slippers would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I wasn’t impressed with the service of the bartenders or baristas in the hotel lobby. They looked like we should be grateful for their presence but honestly that’s just LA and nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely stay again."
