"We went for my sons birthday and the staff made it extra special by adding balloons and a cheesecake and a sweet note wishing him a happy birthday. We stayed here for universal studios and the walk is easy and no more than 5-7min. They have shuttles as well. The Starbucks in there is great the best Iv ever been to in a hotel and the restaurant is yummy too. They where giving out popsicles to the kiddos as they cam into the hotel which my kids loved. We will be staying here again "

"This hotel was like an oasis in the middle of the city. The room was immaculate and obviously recently renovated. The bathroom was super clean (thank you for the liquid soap!) and the breakfast was wonderful. Everyone I interacted with from the desk staff to the valet who parked our car was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends who will be going to Los Angeles."
