Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. "Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful with lovely amenities. The room itself was spacious and the Mountain View balcony had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn that left us speechless.
