"It had many amenities of which I didn't even use for the one night stay but I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in town. It was within walking distance of restaurants and highlights of Auburn. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the toilet was VERY low, lower than the height of the bathtub top and the bed was much softer than I'm used to but I am 67 with a bad back. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would go there again."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a clean, no frills place to stay. The upgrades are nice and really create a comfortable space. The location was perfect for us to visit our Syracuse student and also to venture into Skaneateles. The owner provides lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel welcome and glad you came. "Don’t let the location fool you. It looks to be outside of Skaneateles and technically that is true, but it is 5 minute drive next to the lake with beautiful homes, etc. The building itself is beautiful, old but with a lovely aesthetic.
