"We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again."

"Near motorway, good rooms and breakfasts.Staff helpful, easy parking, lovely river walk to Lancaster Castle took us around 30 mins , not a car in sight."

"The hotel is great our room was exceptional 304. The staff are courteous. The access to the health club is a real bonus. Only thing that did not feel quite right for us was the breakfast. It felt disjointed, not presented well ie the bread only brown and white sliced just dumped in a pile. Cold plates for a luke warm "hot breakfast" all in all nothing wrong but needs someone to give it an overview. "
