"Great property in Kyoto and short walking distance to Shinkansen Kyoto station. Loved the hot spring onsen and lovely family room. Small recommendation - my husband and I are vegan and our kids are vegetarian so we could not have the complimentary Ramen in the evenings as the broth was made from chicken and pork. Would have loved it if there was an option for vegans and vegetarians. Complimentary ice lollies also had dairy so my husband and I could not have them (though the kids enjoyed it thoroughly), a non dairy fruit flavoured ice pops option would have been great as there were three different types dairy ice lollies. Would I stay here again? Yes we definitely would!"
