"Fine no-thrills hotel if you just need a bed. Room floor was pretty dusty and there were dead squished mosquitos on the wall in the restroom. Room was otherwise clean enough from what I could see. I'm fine staying here but I could never get my wife to sign off on sticking around after that."

"If you’re looking for a clean, no-frills hotel with parking that’s close to all the action in downtown, this place is perfect. The room was spotless, the mattress protected, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a reliable spot to recharge! And I was about to forget the front desk people are outstanding while not intrusive. "This hotel was great for a weekend stay - we were out and about all day and just returned to sleep. The coffee shop around the corner was so great! (Chestnut Street Coffee Roastery) It was awesome to have parking & there are so many restaurants in walking distance. "

"This was even better than the pictures! You walk into the house and the living and dining area is open concept and all windows so all you see is the beautiful cypress trees and ocean view. The backyard is amazing and we lounged by the huge fire pit every night. The area is very quaint and small and several hiking trails literally just out the door. The cypress tree tunnel trail that you can walk to is so beautiful!! I was concerned since it was next to a restaurant but you do not hear any...

"The stay was great except we lost the internet and cable for about 12 hours. Communication with manager was excellent; very responsive. The heaters are pretty weak.... had to turn them up to 'Hi' to keep warm. We stayed upstairs and managed but if anyone had even downstairs they probably would have been quite cold."

Close to everything, lots of amenities including hot tub, kitchen with regular size fridge and all kitchen needs, huge flat screen tv, many sitting areas, treats from the host Yolanda who quickly responds to your needs! "The Hilton San Francisco Financial District is a centrally located hotel that offers convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Pros: • Great Location – Situated in the Financial District, it’s within walking distance of Chinatown, North Beach, and the Embarcadero. • Spacious Rooms – Many rooms offer nice city or bay views, with comfortable beds and modern rooms. • Good Amenities – Fitness center, business facilities, and an on-site restaurant/bar. • Public Transportation Access – Close to BART, Muni, and bus stops for easy travel around the city. Cons: • Extra Fees – Parking is expensive $60 night, and Wi-Fi may not be free depending on your booking. • Street Noise – Being in a busy part of the city, some rooms may experience noise from traffic and nightlife. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those wanting a well-located hotel with standard Hilton amenities, but it might not feel as upscale as some other options in the city."

"Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well done."
