"sha shawna was amazing! the lady that worked in the food eating area she was from Bosnia i believe she was amazing! the whole place was decorated for xmas which was nice as we was away from our family on Christmas, so that was Christmas brought to us. I did notice standing at the elevators on the main lobby side third one to the right the tansion piece was coming up. I told the young gentleman that was cleaning the elevators that someone was going to trip and fall three days later. I still noticed it was like that so I reported it once again. n as of the time we left it was still lifted up someone gonna trip n get hurt"

"The staff was awesome. The hotel was very nice. The hotel is isolated from pretty much everything and there is extremely limited street parking unless you plan to be driving before 8 am 7 days a week"

"We loved the room, it was really spacious. we loved that we could walk to everything or get a ride in the ferry. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurants were different and convenient The parking situation was not ideal. They told us that parking was included with our room but we were charged anyway to get out of the parking garage, so I had to go back in and fill out a refund form with the staff, its been two weeks and they still have not refunded our parking fees. Normally I wouldn't complain about these things but it was more than hundred dollars."
