"Got to that hotel early morning asked if I wanted an early check-in it would cost me extra which I thought was really nice since the train got in at 6 AM. I ate at their little area. It was good. Also, when I left, they were very sweet and packed me a banana and and yogurt water which I thought was very kind. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with the window since I was staying three days. I’d recommend this place to stay "

We were there during Tet and there were few guests and only 2 staff who were the very best compared to any place I’ve been in the world. "Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, where you can get the funicular train to the cable car station to Fansipan and back, can easily walk to Sapa centre/church and lake. The only thing you have to take note is that it is a stairs only hotel, no elevator - I already knew this when I booked and was fine with it."
