"Nice and relaxing "

"We had a great time staying at this property. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Access to the resort pool and fitness center was a plus. The property was clean, the pool was very nice, most everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. "

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

"Great house with all the amenities anyone could want at the beach - inside the house as well as pool and beach items! We had a one year old, so the high chair and pack-and-play were a bonus. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat. "

"The cottage was nice and as listed. There are a few small ascetics that would make the cottage very nice, such as, new toilet seats and changing out the rusted a/c vents on the lower floor. While the house itself was nice, the surrounding area was terrible. There are two VERY seedy motels right across the street where open drug Beale g is going on, what appears to be prostitution and someone getting savagely beaten early Sunday morning. "Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool."

"The property was in a great location. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to local attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained and our host was gracious and promptly responded to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this property. They provided everything you could think of. The house was immaculate, extremely clean, well-furnished and perfect for our family of 6. The location was great, a 1 minute drive to the beach or just a short walk, across the street from The Landings, near several grocery stores and activities. If we visit Myrtle Beach again, we know exactly where we're staying! "
