"An unbelievable hotel with an incredible staff all around, we’ll continue to stay here every time we come to Sapporo. It’s close to the train station, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat or shop at nearby (and even more with some walking). "My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀"

"Beautiful room and hotel. We didn’t use the spa area. The room was spotlessly clean. The only thing I didnt love was the pillow seemed to be weighted with beans or some such. Quite comfortable to fall asleep in but a bit challenging to adjust overnight. We also used the parking (extra charge) - it was quite easy to access and very convenient. "
