"We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. It is a beautiful hotel and property with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious and our room was spotless, spacious, and modern. We particularly enjoyed the club level amenities and the bars on the top floors, which had excellent drinks and views of the city. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a suite. "Walking distance from Dotonbori, there is a seven eleven right beside, and a 10 minute walk from public transportation. Which if you have big luggage can be a challenge. The street in the morning looks like the next day of a hangover but it's because of the location. We found lots of places to eat around the are and the hotel room is small but comfortable. The cleaning is a 9 of 10 we found some places a little dusty in our room most of the corners. Bit it was minimal."

"The property is situated between stops which makes it convenient to walk to as they were either 5-10mins walk away. It is also right next to an underground shopping and dining mall. AEON supermarket was only 5min walk away which was opened 24hrs! All 3 convenient stores were within walking distance (7-11 Lawson & Familymart). Not to mention the famous Dotonburi was only 5mins walk away. Loved the onsen and common resting area provided on the top level. "
