"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. "This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. The other side has some fun bistros that are active at night. "Excellent building and exterior architecture.super location. Bathroom are nice and updated..bedrooms not so. No lockbox in room and entry key is old and too large to carry in pocket. Requires you to drop off and pickup. Enjoyed the stay and the location but still needs updating. I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it has improved a bit since then."

Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. "Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful."

"Mon séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"
