"The breakfast was great and the room service was phenomenal."

"Great place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and kind. The room was great. Would have loved to have a microwave but it’s not the end of the world. I’m definitely the type of person to clean/disinfect a room before I unpack and I was pleasantly surprised here. The one thing that I was unhappy with was the breakfast. Really really below expectations. When you’re paying almost $300 nightly you expect a decent “complimentary breakfast” and this did not hit the mark. Wish I would have had time to enjoy the outdoor amenities but I will have to try to get out there next time! Other than that I was pretty happy with my stay. "

"Great hotel right in downtown Napa surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, shopping, etc. All the staff from check in to check out gave great hospitality service, very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms with all the amenities needed. I would book another stay here for sure. "

"My husband and I stayed at Elm House Inn for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was extremely nice at check in and any time we needed anything. They have some yummy breakfast options each morning and fresh baked cookies each day at 6pm. Better get down there quick though cause they go fast ;) Very clean, affordable, quiet and overall comfortable stay. "
