Coffee shop in the lobby was nice but again staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Filling stations of water were convenient during cold and dry weather. Nice touch of Prosecco for NYE was appreciated. Rooftop was cool but closed early, before 2:00am, on NYE after people paid entrance fee to attend. "
