"Valet employees were friendly and kind. Lobby/checkin employee was anything but friendly, she wasn’t rude but it wasn’t pleasant interacting with her either. We visited High Note and there was limited staff and a lot of guests but the staff was doing a great job. Food and drinks came out quickly and were good. The hotel itself was clean and pretty. We had a great night of rest and would stay there again happily. "

The hotel was a little further from the main Broadway area than I had expected (about a 25 minute walk) but I would still look at staying there again..."

"Room 1219 was unfortunately next to the railroad tracks so it was noisy and woke us several times during our stay. The view from our window at night was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom is well situated with the nice lighted mirror. Still need fans tho. Overall color scheme needs updating. Restaurant is a no. Didn’t try the buffet. Lots of construction around as well. "
