Love, love, loved our stay!!!!
Girls strip was a success! This home was lovely, roomy, clean and had necessities to make a quick breakfast. Beautiful home near Broadways and some great restaurants. Recommend Edley’s BBQ for some delicious BBQ or El Fuefo for Mexican food. Host was super kind and responded quickly. Thank you!!!

Downtown right down the road
We spent our 20 year anniversary here with friends. The location was amazing with easy access to DT. The home was clean and well maintained. Working with the owner was great. Showed up at the property a bit early, but her father was there to greet us and let us in. The pool was awesome and the majority of the day.

Great place! Great Location! Great time!
Our stay in this home was great! It was very clean and up to date. Very comfortable and spacious as well. There were issues with the guest contact information not being accurate and phone number going straight to voicemail multiple times. However, we were able to reach out to Kim who gave us new contact information and was very attentive and responsive for our trip. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home but noisy
First off the house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area with everything close by. The only problem we had which we should have been notified beforehand was there was a party/event 50-75 people attending right next door to include a DJ. We had been gone all day and were excited to come home to relax and take a swim. When we arrived there were cars everywhere and the music could be heard from over a block away. We notified the property manager however she was at the event. We asked them to turn down the music and they did for about 10 minutes but the blaring noise continued until after 11:00 p.m. And recreational smoke came in thru our closed windows and doors til after 1:00 a.m. As an asthmatic this was very hard for me to breathe not only that night but the next day. We weren't really sure what to do - with the property manager there she should have known it would be too loud ( we couldn't even hear our tv sound) and should have notified us so we were given the choice beforehand if we wanted to keep our reservation or not rented out the house for that weekend. This was not a last minute gathering, there was a tent, multiple tables and chairs and a DJ which was right by our back door. There is a motion detection light on the back corner of our house which you have to walk in our driveway to turn on, it basically blinked off and on til the wee hours of the morning. Our trip was only 4 days so we didn't have a lot of time to catch up on lost sleep.

Amazing Stay!
This was a great house to rent with a large group of people! The backyard with the pool was a favorite spot to hang out when we were not bopping around downtown on Broadway. An added plus was the proximity to downtown, just a quick uber ride back and forth. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Excellent Stay
Great property for all ages. Clean, check-in was easy, booking was instant, and several amenities (fire and a fire pit, grill, several outdoor spaces, several indoor spaces, etc.). There is one stairwell with a door that can close and lock at the top which was great for our small children. Easy drive into downtown Nashville. Also super close to park/playground and running/cycling lane on nearby road. Would definitely stay again.

This home is in an ideal location to Broadway and BNA. The pool area is a great place to hang out and visit with friends. During our six state road trip, this home was the most fully equipped. Great vacation home
This was a great vacation home for multiple families staying all at once. The house was clean, pool and backyard were clean and spacious. The house was close to downtown Nashville and close to outdoor activities. Only small issue at the house was the upstairs tubs kept clogging up. Besides that small issue the house was a great place to stay.

Perfect for our weekend getaway
The place was perfect for our 4 adult couples. The gameroom with fridge, pool table and large TV was ideal for hanging out and having a few beverages. Uber/Lyfts were readily available for trips into Broadway. Host was very prompt and accommodating.

Ladies Get Away
Perfect location for a ladies retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all of the home amenities. Home tech was up-to-date with highly receptive Wi-Fi and a sound system. Rooms were well decorated, clean, and spacious. Plenty of privacy for adult traveling without spouses. Neighborhood was safe and exceedingly quiet. VRBO contact was very accessible and responsive to communications. We will definitely be back for another visit!

100% Worth it
We enjoyed this home, very much. The sound system was fantastic for us ladies. There was 8 of us and the bedroom and bathrooms were perfect. The pool was wonderful as was the patio area. Side note: there is a "reindeer crossing" sign in the back yard. On day 1, we all joked about how hot it was and that it would be nice to see reindeer seeing they live in colder climates. No joke, within 60 min of us joking, here come a family of beautiful deer. They visited several more times. Very enjoyable all around!!!
