"The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.
I will go back to The Fifth Avenue Hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

"We requested the invoices be separated into three different payments and even sent the information prior to arrival. This was not done and we had to wait with 12 people in our group in the lobby.
We are considering doing this same type of trip in the future with 12 plus rooms but need the check in to be quicker. "
"I really enjoyed my stay! Staff and location were great. So close to everything I wanted to see and do. The only take away would have to be no control of the thermostat. However, I adjusted to the auto setting nicely. "
"If I could give it 10 stars, I’d give it 11. Their service was immaculate. The amenities were great. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will be staying here again in the future."
"We loved our stay in this little Quaint NYC hotel was a surprising beauty. I would not recommend the double room for a family of 4 because it was very small, but we made it work😀. "
