"Extremely spacious and comfortable room in a lovely setting. Very friendly, helpful staff. Not many guests but slightly off-season. Would warmly recommend this place as a comfortable option at Great Zimbabwe full of character. Slightly over-priced food, but worth it for the quality of setting, staff and facilities."

"Unfortunately my stay at Urban Lifestyles Guest House was a complete disappointment. The door into the room could not be locked from the outside and had to be changed. There was no hot water (afternoon, evening nor early morning) and I was told that it is to be expected due to the electricity outages in Zimbabwe; yet other properties within the same area had solar geysers. Sleeping was near impossible - loud noises and conversations at reception in the early hours of the morning. "
