The Royalton Jamaica was fantastic, we cannot wait to return! The staff was amazing!! Especially Twinkle and Carmen. It was my daughter's 17th birthday and they made her feel very special. Five stars all around!

Anything that was a problem the staff especially Chantae was super helpful and efficiently resolved our issue. She also facilitated our transportation with Greg. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel looks just like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and well-kept. But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?

Absolutely LOVED everything about this property especially the food!!! Must do a dinner at Ocean Point at sunset!!! Staff super helpful and friendly and check in was a breeze! Grazies Italian restaurant also amazing!!! Do the catamaran to ricks cafe at sunset also a highlight to our girls vacation!
