He went out to my car and introduced himself to my family and made sure they were ready to have a great time that week! The hotel was always being cleaned (ocean front hotel sees a lot of sand), breakfast was great, pool was great and access to the ocean is steps from the pool! The Tides restaurant (hotel restaurant) was a great place to grab some food and a beverage (fish tacos and a Kona Big Wave were a daily must)! "
