"I reached the property at almost 4am after checking in online to say I'll be arriving late after midnight. For some reason the concierge couldn't find that I had checked it.I showed it to him on my phone which he agreed to wave the no show. I was pleased with that. The room was spacious and clean. "This hotel was good ... fine. Clean. Staff was very courteous. Location was convenient. Appreciated that pets are welcome but did not appreciate the unnecessarily high one-time pet fee ($75). Why so high? While I am on the subject of cost, I am perturbed by the fact that hotel rates have skyrocketed since the pandemic while amenities and quality have decreased. Not just at this hotel but all hotels. I like we are all being taken advantage of just to line the profits of hotel corporation...
