"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I like the quiet location, but yet close enough to the city centre that we could walk. We'd walk to the Dockland shop area for breakfast, then continue walking into the city centre for our destinations. We also found it to be a safe location. Maybe all of Dublin is, but even the neighbors reassured us. The house itself was perfect, nice bedrooms, and living space. "Great room for a quick stay, location is convenient and the facility has a market, food hall and bus station located onsite. They also offer free parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. A few things for attention, the rooms do not have a thermostat for air conditioning, however there are windows to open if necessary. The beds are twin size and and not as comfortable as you may hope for if you are a tall individual. Very happy with our stay!"

I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"
