Staff are welcomjng and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The view from our room would have been stunning had it not been for rain and mist. Views of Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle. . . . Plenty of coffee, tea etc. Shower room was clean and bright, with big soft towels galore. Food in the restaurant was delicious and service great. We have already booked to go back later in the year!

The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit. Beautiful location
The staff are all lovely - this is the 2nd time I have stayed here as it's close for visiting relations. Rooms are lovely except that you can't really open the windows (in the rooms I've been in) as they open over the roof where the extracted fans are for the kitchen :( Food is excellent - had breakfast & evening meals there. Will definately stay here again!
