"I can’t say enough about this place..It was perfect ! Plus everyone that works there were so incredibly friendly. Alex was great and so helpful. Gave us a free upgrade since it was my fiancé’s Bday. The room was small but had everything we needed. Location was safe and very close to so many restaurants and shops and we were only 10 minutes walking distance to time square. This will be our only NY hotel from now on. "

"We enjoyed a queen room on the 4th floor. It's the service at the front desk and the custodial staff that I really appreciate. So friendly, so clean, so responsive. Rooms are small, but we don't linger and instead get out and enjoy NYC. The location is excellent, the queen-size has a longer space for toiletries in the bathroom than the bunk pod, if this matters. I did ask to be changed to a different queen when the heat kicked on and the motor was loud. But the change was done with good grace and quickly. The morning cafe has good coffee, really tasty yogurt parfaits, and morning sweets at reasonable prices for NYC. "
