We complained, and they moved us to a recently renovated room that matched the price we paid and met our expectations. Overall, the experience was bittersweet. Seemed to be things for kids to do, close to the tree walk. Good: quiet, full on stuff to make meals, you could park right by room (like a motel). Not as good: just a bit old. But it was fine"
